Hibiscus Park Realtor Tour - Thursday 5/14/15, 11AM-1PM

We have invited a number of realtors to tour selected homes in the Hibiscus Park area. The purpose of the tour is to give our realtors in the area a better awareness of this area. Hibiscus Park, one of the older neighborhoods in Fort Pierce, has had over 30 homes sold in the past year. Some have sold in a matter of days or weeks. The tree-lined streets, park, and other amenities surrounding the area such as the hospital, doctors' offices, grocery and drug stores etc., are within minutes, as well as the downtown Fort Pierce waterfront and beaches.

In an effort to change an overall negative attitude toward Fort Pierce, we want to give the realtors a glimpse of the different styles and sizes - all in one neighborhood. The homes they will see on the tour are not for sale but have already been sold and recently renovated/updated by the owners. We think this will help them when they are seeking homes for their buyers or new listings with a fresh look.
